February........

I decided when I started this project that in order to help me see where one month ends and the next starts I would change the pattern at the start of each new month.
Here is a picture of February's rows, there are some dark grey rows in here - very heavy rain days!

The pattern for the month of February involves a mix of the four stitch cables and some woven cables made up of twelve stitches.
Pattern:
Row 1: p1 k2 *p2 k4cb p2 k12, repeat from * to last 11 stitches, p2 k4cb p2 k2 p1
Row 2: k1 p2 *k2 p4 k2 p12, repeat from * to last 11 stitches, k2 p4 k2 p2 k1
Row 3: p1 k2 *p2 k4 p2 k8cb k4, repeat from * to last 11 stitches, p2 k4 p2 k2 p1
Row 4: repeat row 2
Row 5: repeat row 1
Row 6: repeat row 2
Row 7: p1 k2 *p2 k4 p2 k4 k8cf, repeat from * to last 11 stitches, p2 k4 p2 k2 p1
Row 8: repeat row 2
These 8 rows form the basis of the pattern that was repeated throughout the month.

At this rate I may not make it all the way through the year before it gets too long!
I now need to come up with another pattern for the month of March........
